1. Active Listings…
The number of current Active Listings is 45% below this same time last year. This is the number I will be watching very closely over the next 30-60-90 days.
2021 saw elevated Demand and many properties receiving multiple offers. Whether or not that will be the case in 2022 remains to be seen. Buyers will want to take this possibility very seriously. Watch this month’s video above.
