Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor Covid nor gloom of night changes the consistent number of total residential property sales in our market.
New Home construction may be largely absent from the above data, as many of those transactions do not flow through the Centre County Assoc of Realtors MLS.
I can’t say we have tremendous growth in residential home sales in our area.
