Penns Valley…..Approx 6 Sales per month
Bellefonte…..Approx 21 Sales per month
State College….. Approx 55 Sales per month
General Chit Chat(having absolutely no value), sure the market demand has been way above average this year.
Yet the 23 current families trying to sell their home in the State College Area School District priced between $300k – $500k have an Average Days on Market of 46 Days and still have not received an acceptable offer. Go Figure….
Moral of the story……assumptions and general chit chat are fine if you and your family are not actually selling or buying a home.
For serious Sellers and Buyers….let’s sit down and actually review your specific goals and the market conditions within your stated criteria. Let’s leave the chit chat to the amateurs.
2. Auto Costs over the Long Term…Quick Review
This is an oldie but a goodie. This particular topic has been a real trap for me personally over the decades. I have justified the absolutely stupid amount of money I have immaturely spent on cars over the years, ” because I am a Realtor” and I should have a fancy, stupid expensive car. I assure you, I have wasted tens and tens and tens of thousands of dollars on this one area of my life.
