2. New Quarterly Feature…..called,
“Real Estate Reality”
The longer I am working in this industry, the more comical and frustrating it can be. It gets more comical, because if I don’t laugh at these things, I will cry.
I am talking about the fundamental misunderstandings that the consumer and many industry service providers themselves have regarding….the requirements and practices of a Residential Real Estate Transaction.
I will produce a quarterly video presentation that addresses specific areas of a residential real estate transaction and sheds light on some of the fundamental and borderline ridiculous misconceptions that are rampant in this industry.
My goal is to share my opinions and experience in these areas with a bit of comedy, sarcasm and hyperbole. It will be an informal and at times “ranting” discussion on some of the more upside down and backward beliefs the consumer and some industry service providers have in regards to the industry.
These videos will be based solely on my own experiences and my own opinions. At times they may be a bit more “harsh and direct” than most of what you have ever heard about buying and selling residential real estate.
